Community Guidelines
Kizzlo is built on respect, honesty, and consent. These Guidelines describe what's expected of every user. They are part of our Terms of Service — violating them can result in warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, or permanent account termination.
Be real
- Use your own photos. No catfishing, no impersonation.
- Do not post AI-generated photos, deepfakes, face-swaps, or other synthetic media that misrepresent yourself or any real person. Where you choose to share clearly labeled, non-deceptive AI-generated artwork in messages or moments, that's fine.
- State your real age. Kizzlo is for adults 18 and older — no exceptions.
- One account per person.
- No coordinated inauthentic behavior — running multiple accounts to manipulate matches, signals, or reports is a violation.
Be respectful
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or slurs based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- No body-shaming or unsolicited sexual content. Don't send photos of body parts to people who haven't asked for them.
- "No" means no. If someone says they're not interested, move on.
- Respect privacy. Don't share another person's photos, messages, or personal information without their consent. Sharing intimate images without consent is a serious violation and may also be illegal.
No exploitation
- No content involving minors. Sexualized depictions of minors (CSAM) are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent international bodies, and to law enforcement, immediately.
- No solicitation of prostitution, escort services, or any commercial sexual transaction.
- No human trafficking, labor exploitation, or smuggling. Suspected trafficking is reported to the appropriate authorities.
No scams or fraud
- Never ask another user for money, gift cards, crypto, or financial information.
- No investment "tips," romance scams, MLM recruitment, or "sugar" arrangements.
- No phishing or attempts to take users off-platform to impersonate official services.
Self-harm, eating disorders, suicide
- Do not glorify, encourage, or promote suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
- Do not provide instructions or methods.
- If you're struggling, please reach out — we surface crisis resources for many countries inside the app at Me → Help & Safety → Crisis & Help Lines. Discussing your own experience for support is allowed.
No illegal activity
- No weapons sales, drug sales, or illegal firearm content.
- No content promoting violence, terrorism, or violent extremism.
- No copyright or trademark infringement. See our DMCA procedure in the Terms.
Keep the platform clean
- No spam, mass messaging, or unsolicited advertising.
- No bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- No attempts to bypass moderation, age verification, or technical safeguards.
- No misleading health, safety, or financial information that could put others at risk.
Off-platform conduct
Conduct that occurs off Kizzlo can still affect your account if it endangers our users — including doxxing, threats, blackmail, sharing intimate images without consent, or stalking a person you met through Kizzlo.
Reporting
If you see anything that violates these Guidelines, report it from the profile, message, or chat menu (three-dot icon → Report). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and where the report is upheld we remove the offending content and eject the user who provided it. For illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act or the UK Online Safety Act, use the dedicated mechanism at /report-illegal-content.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on severity and history, we may:
- Issue a warning.
- Restrict features (messaging, posting, matching).
- Remove content.
- Suspend or permanently ban the account.
- Refer the matter to law enforcement.
For every action, we send the affected user a statement of reasons as required by Art. 17 of the EU Digital Services Act, including what we did, the facts relied on, whether automated systems were involved, and the legal or contractual basis.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, you can challenge it for free through our internal complaint-handling system for at least 6 months after the decision (DSA Art. 20). Email support@kizzlo.com with the subject "Appeal." We will review and respond within 14 days. EU users may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (DSA Art. 21) — we will identify the available bodies in your Member State of establishment in our response.
